Jane was ready to give up.
Tipping the scales at 80kg, and dealing with a relentlessly controlling boss at work, her self-confidence and self-worth were at an all-time low.
A people pleaser who struggled to set boundaries or make friends, Jane felt worthless and just plain hated herself.
Out of desperation, she sought support from a mainstream practitioner and was just not improving or seeing any results.
Then she booked an appointment with me.
During her complimentary discovery session, I could see that Jane was utterly and completely despondent.
She was at her wits end and had had enough with life. She was fed up with how she was feeling about herself.
She enjoyed her job but her work was a very unhappy place. She felt like she fit in there, neither her clothes nor her life.
Everything had worn her down and she was at her lowest.
The Challenge
Jane was holding onto a lot of past emotions that were affecting every aspect of her life. She had collected collateral emotional damage from a past abusive relationship and I recognised that she self-sabotaged.
All of this was actively contributing to her feelings of worthlessness, which contributed to bad eating and lifestyle habits and being overweight.
The biggest challenge was to address the pessimistic self-talk and to help her get out of the habit of fatalistic thinking and conversations she had with herself every day.
The Goal
She had to break the pattern of negative chit-chat, which was enforcing her beliefs of feeling useless. She needed help to change her lifestyle habits so she could shift her excess weight.
We had to address the self-limiting behaviour that was stemming from this toxic self-talk and free her from the baggage of emotions that she was carrying around that was weighing her down and holding her back from living a full life.
The Approach
I worked with Jane using Time Line Therapy.
Time Line Therapy® is the way we unconsciously store our memories. It is how you know the difference between a memory from your past and a projection of the future.
Changing your behaviour happens at an unconscious level. People don’t change consciously.
Time Line Therapy® allows you to work at the unconscious level. It releases the impacts of past negative experiences, changing inappropriate programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
This approach allows you to regain and maintain control over your emotional life. It releases you from the emotional weight of anger, depression, sadness, anxiety, fears, hurt, guilt and phobias so you can live your life to the fullest.
Time Line Therapy® removed all those negative emotions from past events around anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt that she had been holding onto for most of her life.
The work we did in these sessions was able to remove and release her from negative beliefs and the self-limiting decisions she made for herself every day.
I then followed up with a few sessions of hypnotherapy to work through her weight loss issues as well as her confidence and self-worth to set her up for success.
Hypnotherapy has been used for thousands of years with proven success. It is safe, non-invasive and has very powerful results, proven to assist with:

The Results
The results speak for themselves.
At the time of writing, Jane has lost 6kg and counting. She is exercising and losing weight steadily each week and has not only reached but has surpassed her weight loss goals.
After the third session of Time Line Therapy® the difference in her was remarkable. Her family and friends noticed a significant shift and even the mainstream practitioner she had been seeing had noticed an impressive difference.
Jane had started the process of releasing herself from all of her past pain and emotional baggage she had carried around with her for so long. The relief she felt was instantaneous, palpable, and impossible to ignore.
She was free.
Today Jane sets boundaries at work, and no longer takes the boss’s behaviour on board. She knows it does not belong to her.
She is now equipped with the tools and techniques that allow her how to deal with her boss and no longer allows herself to be controlled by toxic and superior behaviour anymore.
For the first time in many years, she feels confident, is no longer a people pleaser, and is feeling happier and happier with herself.
She has joined a new club and has a social life, going out with other club members on the weekends and confidently meeting new people.
It is an absolute joy to see Jane now. She still actively works on herself and understands that there is no quick fix. You have to do the work.
But for the first time in what feels like forever, she is living her life to the fullest and gets immense fulfilment in all aspects of it.
