Are your staff experiencing stress in their personal lives which has spilled over into the workplace and/or begun to affect their work performance?

Is your workplace inherently a high pressure zone due to strict KPIs or deadlines?

Has workplace morale dropped recently due to inter-office politics, toxicity, gossip, bullying or personality clashes?

Unfortunately, each scenario is common.

Workplace Harmony

The harmony of any workplace is a very complicated and delicate organism that is difficult to protect – even for the most seasoned of managers.

Individual employees all have different stressors, life experiences, personalities, work styles, expectations, mental health concerns and other traits which they bring to work each day – consciously or subconsciously, overtly or subtly.

It is impossible to ensure that every employee will be happy at work at all times. You simply cannot control how another person is feeling or know what is going on in their personal life and how this will affect their work – even with the best HR skills.

It can similarly be difficult for you, as a manager, to remain completely impartial and/or emotionally detached from any workplace conflict or disharmony. We are all human and even the most diplomatic of managers have their own opinions and feelings and hold inherent biases towards different individuals and personalities.

You may feel like you’ve tried every play in the HR handbook to ensure a happy, healthy and harmonious work environment.

Is staff morale still low?

Are you still not seeing the level of performance you’d like to?

Or are you concerned about the mental wellbeing of your employees? (This may be because a critical incident has occurred or simply a proactive step you are taking to ensure that problems do not arise down the track.)

Employees are an organisation’s best investment. Maintaining happy and productive staff is good for the organisation as a whole.

Re-hiring and training new staff is time-consuming and expensive. You likely do not wish to lose the good staff you already have.

So, what can you do?

It can be helpful to bring an ‘outsider’ into your workplace to help manage stressful situations and/or identify and minimise any stressors affecting work performance, productivity and harmony, as well as the mental wellness of your employees.

This can be done in two ways:

  1. Providing individual support for employees who may be facing stress (this can be either caused by the workplace or external to the workplace).
  2. Providing group support to build team morale as a whole.

I provide the following services for businesses wanting to offer staff wellbeing programs and/or improve team performance in the workplace:

  • Access Bars® – 30 minute Individual Sessions:

A gentle, hands-on modality, where 32 unique points on the head are gently touched to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that may have impacted on the person.

This process can be compared to ‘hitting the delete button’ on a computer. The brain waves slow down, allowing behavioural patterns, belief systems and attitudes to be accessed in a calm & safe space and for the person to become more ‘present’ in forming new behaviour patterns and beliefs.

Access Bars™ can improve relaxation, energy levels, mental clarity, creativity, emotional regulation, mood, stress levels, tension in the body, relationships, sleep and depression.

  • Hypnotherapy (Hypnosis) – 30 Minute Group Sessions:

Hypnosis is gentle, safe and works quickly to create powerful results. The person first enters a relaxing, natural state to connect and communicate with their unconscious mind. They remain in total control at all times, fully aware of their surroundings.

Hypnosis has been proven to assist with stress reduction, quitting smoking, weight loss, overcoming bad habits, performance enhancement and managing depression.

Each of these services is available face-to-face, within your workplace. However, hypnosis sessions can be performed virtually (via Skype) in a COVID-safe manner.

I also offer a range of modalities including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy®, Access Bars® and Life Coaching and can work together with your management team to maintain continuity of support in conjunction with other programs you may be running in the workplace such as an EAP (employee assistance program).
